Behind a smile

July doesnt end good. I'm a little moody today.

There's always a little truth behind "Just Kidding".
A little knowledge behind every "I dont know".
A little emotion behind every "I dont care".
And a little pain behind every "It's okay".

It is always up to us to believe the truth in the word we heard.

Behind a smile, there could be many meanings.

Three pink butterflies

I have a new bedmate!

Introducing my lovely,
BIJI-SAN!!!!

Aint she adorable?

Okay now few descriptions about my new bedmate. Firstly, she was born in MidValley. She was born with flawless fair skin that you may mistaken her being alike with Snowman. But she isnt a snowman. Dont know exactly what she is, MingMing thinks she looks like Casper but nahhhh, let's just take it as a cotton toy. She has only two round looking cute watery eyes, no mouth, no ears and no nose. Considering she was born mouthless, she was a quiet companion. Definitely no snoring problem too! As her owner/bedmate, from the day she born, you can choose how she looks like. From a bare white little cotton toy, you can add some decorations for her like these three pink butterflies. And you can be kind enough to grant her some pink blusher to make her look more lovely. For more addition stuff, you can add things like bags, shirts and more to show your care towards her. Of course, each item for a price.

Finally, name her to make her feel own.

The origin of the name Biji-san : It means Ms.Round (Biji is round in Malay, -san is Japanese culture on call a person name). So, the name actually came from my elder sis. When she saw her, she shouted Biji-san. And I just take that name since it's quite compatible with her round shape.

Biji-san and I.

Somehow, I think she is quite exposed. I thought sewing some skirt for her. But I doubt when will I get to finish that skirt since my passion towards something dont last like for ermmmmmm few hrs or days. Maybe I should just spend few more ringgits for her skirt to avoid she being naked forever =/ Okay, I shall give myself some time limit. If by August 20, I still didn start the first stitches then I shall buy! =)

Shower lots of to Biji-san!
May she be happy sleeping with me!

I was wondering too, if Biji-san has eye lashes and a smile, it should be even cuter. I wonder why the creator so mean, dont even give her a complete face!

Lastly, please cover blanket for her before she sleep!
She's looking cute in blanket!

Sweetdreams! =)

Land below the wind: Desa Cow Farm

Last part of Kundasang,
Desa Cow Farm.
Highly recommended for those who plan for a trip in Kundasang. You can see how the famous Desa milk in Sabah being processed from raw to finish product. Besides, the cow farm has a beautiful view.

The road to Desa Cow Farm is rocky and steep. Make sure your vehicle is in good condition. At best, dont take Kancil though it's possible. We went up by an old Kancil but we could really sense the struggle all the way up. Most of the time, both of us are worrying the car might just dead off half way. Worst, the drive isnt short. Honestly, I must give a very big appreciation to the bravo Kancil and driver. I did the cheer all the way up and pray pray pray that we are save. AHahahha! It works!

You only need to pay RM2.00 per car!

For this. It worth the struggle up.

Picture was taken when the weather was cloudy, about to rain. You can image if the whether was good, it should be even more beautiful.

Whole idea of the Desa Cow Farm.

Forget to mention, cow farm close at 5.30pm. So, do arrange your time!

Happy faces when you see the view.

The cows! They are huge and well-fed!

Lining up for milk extraction. They looks really cute when they line up. Actually when the milk was being extract, the cow was busying having lunch, noming the food all the way.

For such beautiful view, the smell is intolerable. I think that's the only negative part about this cow farm.

DESA FRESH MILK!
Thanks to the MooMoo cows! Milk in original and chocolate flavours are sold at the lobby.

The big welcome stone of Desa Cow Farm.

Rmber to take lotsa picture!

We said "So hard to reach up here, let's take hundreds of picture!"

Spot our bravo Little Kancil!

Finally, express your love.

I LOVE DESA COW FARM! moo moo~

Bye Byee Moooooos!
We will be back!

Candles, cakes and chic wings =)

Pretty cake for MingMing today
b e c a u s e
today's MingMing birthday!

Happy Birthday!
*cheers*

Celebrated her bday at hse last Saturday. She demanded barbecue for her bday celebration. Yes, she demand for it and mom got no choice but to nod at her wish. But that was a pleasant demand for all us. It was long long long long time we did not had burned hot dogs and chicken wings in our hse. Mom always think it would be so troublesome to prepare a barbecue and refuse most of the time. So this is a golden opportunity to make mom did it for us.

We welcome our cousins too.
And now, present you my cutest lil cousin sis who came, Shayley mei mei.

Aint she is adorable?!!!
I love her cheeks! So chubby! And she has a pair of round gugu eyes.

This is MingMing attempt to tie her hair.
I think she is even cute with two pony tails.
Picture blur as she couldn stand still for long.

If you ever noticed, most of the time she just stare at the camera. My aunt said that usually when her dad take her picture, she will pose. But I guessed she simply dont posed for me because my camera isnt her dad dslr. She must be thinking, "I never see this kind of small cheapo camera before". Hahahhahaa, anyway, she still looks cute. She is the first kid that I adore and so happy looking at her. To most of the kids, I will just stare at them and put up the "DO NOT COME NEAR ME" look.

Then, I had my part time job again. Taking photographs for MingMing for her Moral Project. High school moral project includes you have to serve the family as one of the task. Funny right? But I did that too last time =.= And my sincere help to my family was gardening. Fake of course. Just for the purpose of taking picture and paste in the folio book.

See, MingMing helping out to unpeeled the plastic layer of crab sticks.

Busying putting sambal on the squid. Btw, the squids taste good because sambal is tomyam flavour! =)

Helping out to arrange food.

Finally, this is the most fake. At first, she attempt to pretend to put charcoal and light the fire. But it's so not convincing. So, she just help out to fan it. p/s: Look at Shayley mei mei with her mum (blue shirt)!

Okay, now the official moment. The cake time!

Happy Ice Cream Cake to youuu!

Mingming likes BR ice cream. Elder sis got one from her bf on her bday which make MingMing want it to. Mom promised and here's the cake. All the way taken from Times Square by me =(

Really useful information. Dip the knife into hot water to cut the cake.

So, here's the POLKA DOTS CAKE!
Slightly melted =(

And the bday girl who love the cake alot!

]
Make a wish. Must be wishing herself prettier, smarter and richer. All sort of that great things.

Blow with all her energy!

Last picture, the family picture!

Whisper of the Heart: Kundasang War Memorial

Continuous from previous post,
Kundasang War Memorial Park.

Actually I kinda wonder why there is a War Memorial Park uphill. Usually when you speak about hills, you will just think of vegetable farm, strawberry farm or cactus farm just like the one in Cameron Highland. I mean it's basic to understand that cool weather are best for growing healthy vegetables and whats gonna do with war right? So, I did a little research online and this is what I got.

"A must-visit in Kundasang is the Kundasang War Memorial. Established in 1962, this was one of the first memorials to commemorate the brave Australian and British Prisoners of War who died in Sandakan and during the infamous death marches to Ranau during World War II. The memorial also remembers the people of North Borneo who risked their lives to help the POWs."

As an additional information, Kundasang is located in between KK and Ranau. Further from Ranau is Sandakan. So, I think war happening in Ranau and Sandakan left some footprints on Kundasang.

Information regarding the fees.

So, this is the beginning of the War Memorial journey.

Go through the stairs and floras. Just a short distance though.

You may meet some really cute species. Love the red. Km with matching hair colour.

Something about the War Memorial.
Read more and you'll understand.
But I did not, came here for sightseeing and have no interest in reading!

Ginormous beetle but fake.

Read that and it does sounds a little sad for them.

Look at how focus am I reading the rules!

Okay written there, "Steal flower, fine $100.00, got t.v (meaning got cctv)"

Then, on the white board,
"ATTENTION
You are not allowed to bring food and drinks in the garden area. Thankyou"

And notice the right picture, I'm drinking in the garden! HAHHAHAHHA!
This is what I wonder, they wrote in Malay, what if the tourists are non-Malay reader which will most likely would be since it's a tourism spot.

Visiting the first garden, Australia Garden.

In the garden, it seems like the grass are saying "Please do not step on me, I will die"
And I step on it! =)=)=)
Okay, dont curse me nature lover, I didn step on it, it's angle confusion. I'm still a civilized tourist!

Me, being very eager to take lotsa of pics there.

This is the English Garden!

Just a small garden. It's all in this picture.

Some dedication.
And that's the end of English Garden.

Borneo Garden.
It's even more pathetic. Nothing much and the plants looks like bushes.

But it lead to a beautiful view.

Stunning and amazing.
This is what you can see from the Borneo Garden.
I cant stop myself from repeating this,
THE SKY IS BREATHTAKING!

Clear, blue sky makes me HAPPY!

And this. It looks like those Greek building. Names like Athena, Hercules playing in my mind.

Salute to those who sacrifice.

This is the last part of the War Memorial.
You can see the most clear and exotic view of Kundasang from where I stand.

Small villages you can see there.

Say byeee to the Memorial Park =)
