Teddy & Floral Ornament

Recently the sister said she wanted a jewelry box for her birthday present from me. I agreed. Then, she started searching all over the internet for her perfect and convenient jewelry box. She came across Taobao and show me a picture an earring stand she wanted with the labelled "It is super cheap". Yes, it is. Then, I blow her off by saying it was hard to ship Taobao things to Malaysia since it is for China ppl. It was long ago I found Taobao and so in love with their super cheap dress but have no idea how to ship in Malaysia. So, here come the hero boyfriend who said his sister actually can help with the shipping.

Which makes me go all crazy searching for. . . .

♥ ORNAMENT ♥

Out of my own expectation as well that I am finally no longer fond on hunting unique dress/shirt/skirt but ornament for my room. Hehe. Well, this is some sort of my plan. Considering I'm going back to stay for a long long time in my hometown room, the room sweet room, after my graduation. So, I have plan to repaint the room and bring in some new decorations.

And here are all the love I found in Taobao!

#1 Wedding Teddy Couple 



Nope, I'm not getting married. But this is catches my heart. I didn't even know why. I never love teddy things but this teddy ornament is just too adorable. I was like browsing and this catches my eyes and I just can't help but looking at it :) That little teddy girl just look so cute with her butt slightly tilted and that little crown on her. Love! ♥  Plus, both the girl and boy look so innocent!


One closer look! Cuteeeeeeee! It's written that it is a fridge magnet but it looks pretty three dimensional to me. And it seems like they can stand well to be an ornament on self.

Then, I saw the back.


Nvm still, I can put it somewhere in my room like this.

#2 Garden Princess Jewelry Box




Princess feel delivered! It would be such a princess-to-be to have this piece on my dressing table. I always adore those ornament in white with gold carving details. Add some floral design. Looks simply sweet. Reminds me much of fairy tales. Someday my prince will come~~~


#3 Heart shaped jewelry box


Need not to say much. This is simply classic. Perfect for me to put my rings.

#4 Floral photo frame


My room much more enhanced with classic European vintage atmosphere with this.

Now that I rmber, I didn't have a photo frame at my room. And I came to realize that photo frame is actually very important! Not just an empty frame but the main point is you must put your picture in it. Though you can see yourselves everyday in the mirror but it's always different when you look if from the picture. It seems like you are seeing yourselves growing. Well, that is what I felt when I saw my younger sis pic in her room. It makes me think that "ohhh, once upon a time, she look like that. Now, she has grown up." And most importantly, putting a photo frame with your picture in it declare that "THIS IS MY ROOM". It speaks all. I would love to have this in my room! :) Very matchy with #1 #2 and #3

And what I'm amaze the most in all Taobao items is this!

#6 Retro pastoral switch set


Even for switch, they make it so pretty! To be honest, this seems to be even more prettier than the photo frame. I thought I'm the only who though switch needed to be decorated so I used to stick some cute sticker at the switch. But what I didn't know is that this actually exist. And all the designs are very pretty





Basically, just need to stick this on the wall.


But sad to realize, I can't have this! :'( Because I suddenly rmber that my dad install the switch pretty close to the door so it wont have so much space for this :( For other switches, it is either a whole row of 5 switch box together (this obviously for only two switch box) or it's hidden. I don't need decorate something behind my bed don't I? So, bye bye cute stuff.

One of my most love item.


I love floral cup for high tea but this is definitely not for that purpose. Compare to the heart shape jewelry box, this is a more creative creation which makes me love this more than #3. Imagine this cute cup in your room? Awwwwww, loveeeeee ♥




What's even cute is that inside the cup, ta-daaaaa!, one cute rose blossom inside. Something more than just plain white.

It actually proposed in the website that this was for proposal purpose. They suggested that the guy should hold this cup like a flower. Then, open to it is a diamond ring. Hahahhahaha. I can guess the seller is a girl!

Room sweet room

When I have excessive amount of colour papers from the seniors,

When my fyp doesn't interest me,

Yayyyyy! It's art time! :)

I stay in a single room all by myself which means that I have all the walls! Back in my hometown, I painted my rooms in pink and yellow, have glowing stars pasted around the walls which really looks like I'm in galaxy when the lights off, pastel curtains and small decorations like carousel and aeroplane merry go-around. Not colourful enough, I bought some cute paper arts in the shape of hot air balloon, tortoise, aeroplane and submarine to decorate my wardrobe. Imagine that, my room was so cheerful and alive! 

But in KK, plain wall, plain white wall and plain, empty white wall. No wonder I always feel so reluctant to wake up and so demotivated to do anything in room except sleeping. Here comes the day, I finally can't stand it! ( not really can't stand, it's just it's a better option compare to my fyp)

So, I decorated my room with butterflies and love plants ♥

The overall work :) At least, one side of my wall looks interesting now. It makes me slightly more happy looking at this. Colours help! :)

Little reason to smile #9: Decorated room, awwwwww!

I'm smiling even by just turning myself to the wall, hohohohoho.

The butterflies idea was originated from my elder sis. She did this to her room last time which I'm totally jealous that her room was so nice after a night! So jealous, at the same time, amazed with her creativity of creating butterflies from flat papers. The butterflies are three dimensional! Definitely looks more like a real butterfly.

The love plant is my own idea! I didn't know when I started drawing this love with branch and grass, but I have been drawing this for few years. And I always draw this as a decoration for my scratch book and younger sister school project. How boring am I -________- Not prone to creating new things at all :(

Hehe, I'm a dedicated unprofessional photographer which take many many snaps of a single thing to satisfy myself :)

Memories are amazing things

It's remarkable that I have exceptionally good memory on things I have seen and gone through. I remember ppl well, the things that they did, the things that I did, felt, speak, talk and everything revolved around me. I remember my friend stories well too as long as I was part of it, I remember.

I used to hate this little talent of mine. Because I used to think that my good memory of remembering my bad past time would affect my happy times. I couldn't smile more because the sad memories will be replaying in my mind again and again. But I learn now that this brain of mine is a great thing.

Talking back with the old friends about our golden days back in about 10 years? Yess, I still have those vivid memories. It's an amazing thing. It just feel like yesterday. And what I appreciate the most is I still remember the details.

Memories fade as it goes. But I'm fortunate that I still can remember all these happy times.

Today, I treasure.

And we spoke about life. TanMingMing said she was and is always a happy person no matter how things happen. There were down times but she is still a happy person. She is happy with her life.

For me,
I am contended at this point. I see more people in my life and not just particular one person. To my surprise, there were many who would still care for my happiness and appreciate my existence. There are still people who would came and ask how am I out of random. And there are still people who enjoy my happiness and laugh at my clumsiness. They are still a lot of people who see me as who I am from the beginning. I didnt realized till this very moment. So yes, I am contended. And I think, finally, ohhh finally, I'm not that childish anymore. I've grown up and learn to live not only wanting people to appreciate me or to put me in the first place but to wish for other people happiness.

Little reason to smile #8: Memories

Today, I have a test, Vibration test. The lecture isn't an easy one. He thought us three semesters ago and we know very well his style of teaching and questions. Very unpredictable and practically, you will just smile foolishly looking at his questions. In almost every classes, he gave us quizzes. The most quizzes we had ever took for a subject. Now, he is teaching us again. For test, we expected it that though we study, we might not know a single thing =/

So, today I went in the class for the test, I sat at the corner. Then, one of my course mate who was sitting behind me, came and sit beside me. The whole class, seriously the WHOLE CLASS, laughed. Including himself and me. The class was never so merrier before that the laughter last for few minutes. Curious to know why? You'll know it soon. Another course mate voice came from behind, "Oiiii, itu dah obvious sangat copy tu". Well, basically, the whole class know that the purpose he sat beside me was to copy. But of course, he didn mean it, he always created something on purpose for the class to laugh. He is our clown. He shamefully sat back on his original place. Yet, the laughter remain. And my laughter remain.

I didn really smile for these few days. But these little moment, looking at how merrier a situation can become when everyone smile makes me feel light hearted.

Sometimes it is just that simple.

Little reason to smile #7: Being part of the happy crowd.

I'd been indulging myself with lots of desserts/sweets/ snacks recently. I don't know what came into me but I'm CRAVING for sweet stuff. I don't normally like sweet things but the taste bud has new interest now. Oh myy, this is bad since sweet always makes ppl fat.

So, this is what I've been treating myself for the week.

♥ #1: Chocolate smoothies from Upperstar ♥

One fine day, after my three hours of tiring lab, course mates were so exhausted and wanting to treat ourselves some delicacies. And all I can think of is THIS! It makes my day!

After chocolate smoothies, we want more happiness. We head to this!

♥ #2: Small pearl milky tea from YOYO! ♥

Yoyo always stand a very special place in my heart. Every semester, I never failed to not drink this! Just when the days get rough, a cup of yoyo will make the days better. Or when the days are so dull, so frustrated with assignments and upcoming exams, Yoyo will be the champion to brighten the day.

And the daily snacks I'm having ...

♥ #3: Butter cookies from Kjeldsen ♥

This is a new love. Usually I don't munched cookies. Told you, I don't favoured sweet stuff. I dont even craved for cookies or biscuits. I always think that cookies are so dried. Only get excited when the cookies look super cute or the cookies was made by me. But now, I'm loving this butter cookies!

And finally, I will have this at least once in every semester.

I love their cupcakes alot simply because they look lovely! And of course, tasting good too!

Something new in Boutique Cupcakes, it looks too irresistible to say no. I bought it together with the cupcakes and this taste even better than the cupcakes! I love peach I love strawberries and the combination with its tart, ohhhhh lovely day for me! I'm loyal fan to Boutique Cupcakes now ~

Despicable Me creator did a great job. They make all the kids hippy looking at these minions. And they make adults giggles when ever we heard the minions giggles. So, everyone is happy with the minions. The creators may go to heaven now =)

Randomly spotted this mini movie in Youtube and I can't believe I actually enjoy and giggle out loud when watching this. I usually don't like watching dumb video where something like mouse or squirrel or whatever creature chasing over something as this kind of short video always end up with the SAME ending, that is the thing they are chasing is GONE. And then, the chaser will be devastated and eventually a new target will appear and they will start chasing over it again. This mini movie was pretty much of that but these MINIONS MAKE IT CUTE!

MUST WATCH!

Hrmm, I was not quite in the mood today and I just feel like staying at home, doing completely nothing. What I mean doing completely nothing is I don't even feel like walking to the toilet to pee. I just feel like lying on a sofa or my bed and breath. Sounds pathetic so I drag myself up and came to blog. I'm surprise that my fingers are functioning well in typing and my brain start constructing nonsense. Yet, I dont feel good. Just every month, there will be a period when I get really moody. I guess this is the start of that duration. Oh goshhhh, bless me with an aim. Enlighten me please =( I think I should just watch this mini movie again and again to make myself a happier kid =/

It has been a moody week. I hope I can get right back to track. Find a little thing to smile at. So, I was going through the pictures of me with TanMingMing in PD and look what I've got.

Silly, random face mimic.

I was exploring the function of my new camera and discovered an awesome setting name e-portrait. This e-portrait setting is especially for camwhore lover like us which turn the camera in all sorts of degree just to take a lovely pics of our face. And this setting makes our skin looking FLAWLESS! When I found this, I was like "OMGGGG, you know this setting is sosososososo AWESOME!". Then, TanMingMing and I were so excited and took all this random shot. Hehe, lovely!

And then, a brilliant idea came to my mind.

Little reasons to smile #3: Looking at your artwork and be so proud!

I got the idea to make this from some cute food website. I thought it was lovely and spent a whole afternoon doing this. This lollipop flowers were supposedly meant for someone. But something happen in between, I just keep this for myself. The gift was not deliver. Two months ago, maybe this person will still think this lollipop flowers as something precious but now, if I give it, it's just be something irrelevant.

So, why not keep the pretty things for yourselves right?

Or maybe give it to someone who will appreciate it.

However, I found owners to these flowers, that is my little cousins! Hahahahahaha, I will just give it one day till this lollipop flowers to still remain looking as flowers. I bet these two little monsters will ruin the petals very soon! Yet, I'm happy to give them as......they simply have the most sincere heart to receive this! Ouhhhh, I love to see my little cousin girl smile. She is simply adorableeeeeee!

Days in Life

Two things that make my day today, the first was my awesome lunch.

Looks like a breakfast though. But I enjoy the breakfast meal.

I was all in the mood today for cooking. Saw a baked bean hiding at the corner of mum kitchen, sausages at the freezer and a loaf of fresh bread placing on the kitchen table. So, this mean breakfast set time! I always had this little thought that breakfast set was the easiest thing to prepare in the restaurant but after trying it myself today. Eheeemmm, I found that frying a perfectly looking bullseye egg is tough =( I failed at the first egg. Egg yolk flow all over the white egg in the mid of frying. Then, the second attempt was this pathetic looking egg =( Nvm, it's in my stomach now and I'm contended!

MY NEW BLOG DESIGN!

Truthfully, I make this myself! =) I was browsing for vintage blog templates at first. Then, I realize there no templates that truly satisfied me =( Previously, I always find those templates that are cute and I will edit a little on the colour and fonts. But now I wanted a vintage one, really not much out there. It's either the colour background does not impressed me or the design are just so so. I love floral vintage pattern ♥ But it's just so few out there. So, I decided to create this blog design using the blogger template designer. Seriously, the template designer is so awesomeee! I think I'm really outdated. Didn't know that blogger has such amazing tools for us to customize our blog the way we wanted. Now, I'm so motivated to change my blog design often! I do realize last time that they have new blog templates but I didn know they have so much fonts and you can just upload pic as the background. So, I search through deviantart for pretty flora design and here it is, my new blog design. Love it ♥
