A trip to Historical Land, Malacca again during Raya with family. This time is a three days two night trip. Usually mom will just spent a day in Malacca doing shopping and some walking near the Red House but this time she wanted a longer holiday with us. Sweet thought and well planned. She called my elder sis to book the hotel rooms since half a year ago as she worried all hotels in Malacca would be fully book by Raya. What's more is grandma and aunt will be coming along with us!
First stop, the Malacca Zoo!
Aunt wanted to bring her precious daughter and son for a zoo visit.
The welcoming parrot. Never change since my first visit which like 20years ago?
Dad love this miniature horse. He was so excited bout them and kept saying, "SEE THE DONKEY!" -_________- But, they are miniature horse.
Owhh, my cute cousin sis. Throwing tantrum here because her mom dont let her to walk. Omgggg, look at the chubby cheek *pinch*
Porcupines fighting for food. For the first time, I saw porcupine raised their sharp spines. It's kinda scary especially they make those uneasy sound effect.
Dad and MingMing was saying that the porcupine will release their spine towards predators. I was defending that it would not since the zoo put the porcupines so close to visitors and no warning board. So, out of curiosity, I browse the truth,
"Quills or spines are released by contact with them, or they may drop out when the porcupine shakes its body, but cannot be projected at attackers. New quills grow to replace lost ones. From ancient times, it was believed that porcupines could throw their quills at an enemy, but this has long been refuted." -Wikipedia-
Hahaha, so do not afraid of porcupines attack in zoo!
Pathetic aviary. Not much birds in there.
The bro and sis. Shayley mei mei look miserable as she was so afraid she would fall. SHE DID NOT MOVE AN INCH when we took pic. And, spot the little cute crocs on her!
Second stop, the well.
It was so famous back then. Ppl came to bath and take the well water which believe to bring good luck. But now, it became a deserted ground.
Lunch time, some cendol
Next day, the ever popular spot in Malacca, Red Building.
And we climb the A famosa.
So contended that they reached!

The musician whom make the whole A famosa more livelier.
Mom fall sick on the second day. So, we stayed in the hotel and nap nap nap. Night time, mom was unable to join us for the shopping trails =( She attempted too but she was shivering. Dad stayed with mom in hotel. And the three sisters continued the shopping.
Last day, we planned to visit the Mini Malaysia. But closed due to some improvement construction. It was really disappointing as none of us been there before. It was our hope! Crashed =(
Instead of Mini Malaysia, we went to Botanical Garden.
And, Butterfly farm.
The cute love birds in Butterfly Farm.
This outstanding bird catches our heart the most!
