Never underestimate the strength of your heart. You will never know how much you can go through till your last breath. There times when you are down, you go through it, survive and still breathing. Still able to smile, even a little. When you look back, doubt yourselves on how you did it and thought when come the second time, you can't. But you never realize you can go through it because you never realized how strong your heart is.
Trust the heart that had been with you since the day it starts to beat.
